ORDERS // BOX INFO

Each box is carefully packaged to present the products beautifully - and to keep them safe from any damage during shipping. We use recycled paper filler, tissue paper, custom cards, and luxurious cotton ribbon. 

Absolutely. If they’re all coming to you, you can order them all at once. If they’re going to different addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders for each. As always, shipping is included in orders over $100.

We do our very best to package our boxes to arrive in perfect condition, but we know that things happen. Should you or your gift recipient receive a damaged box or product, please let us know right away by emailing us at hello@shophappyandhumble.com. If you can supply us with a photo to better help us with quality assurance, that would be great. We will work to make it right.

They sure do! You can enter a personal message, and we’ll have it printed on one of our square notecards.

When completing your order, there will be a section for you to fill out your personalized gift message that will be included on a notecard inside the box.

SHIPPING

All orders over $100 ship free ground or priority with tracking info to the contiguous United States. All orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $10. Contact us for international orders.

Anywhere in the continental U.S. currently. Contact us for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international.

We try to get all orders out within two business days. We do give a 2- to 4-day processing timeline in case of a larger than usual influx of orders. We ship all orders USPS Priority or UPS Ground, which varies from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. If you need your box rushed, please contact us before placing the order.

You can, and we’ll do our very best to get your gift delivered when you’d like it to be. While we can’t control the postal service (wouldn’t that be nice?), we’ll do what we can on our end to get the shipment out on the right day for your intended delivery date. If you’re local to SRQ and using hand delivery, please see the Local Delivery section below.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We do! For all orders over $100 and deliveries within a 10-mile radius of Lakewood Ranch, this service is included. If your recipient lives further than this or if you’d like the gift rushed, please get in touch before placing your order.

If you’re local to SRQ and using hand delivery, please let us know when you’d like your box to be delivered to your recipient. As long as it’s beyond the 4-day processing time, we’ll make it happen. If you need it sooner, include your request in the order notes, and we’ll do our best.

Of course - What a beautiful way to show them they’re loved. As long as the restrictions of the specific hospital or nursing home don’t prevent us from delivering your gift, we’re more than happy to do so. Our free delivery applies to: Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, Doctor's Hospital, and more. As long as they're within our delivery radius, we're happy to hand deliver your gift for you. Please include the hospital or nursing home as your delivery address.

All of our local boxes are presented in a reusable jute gift bag with a beautiful black ribbon and tag. You can upgrade to our SRQ embroidered bag during checkout for $20. You can also select a custom floral arrangement to be added to the delivery. See below.

Not really. The arrangement will look very similar to this, which will vary based on what’s available to us at the time of your order. We promise we won’t replace any beautiful fresh stems with cheap filler pieces and that the arrangement will brighten your gift recipient’s home and day.

RETURNS

All orders are final unless something is damaged or missing. See below.

We strive to make sure this never happens! But we’re also humans running a small business with products often made by hand by other humans. If there’s something wrong with your order, please send us a photo right away, and we’ll fix it.

PRODUCTS

Whenever possible. We have worked hard to find products and vendors who use all natural ingredients. Many of our products are handmade in small batches. Details for each product are available during the shopping process.

Yes. When ordering an edible item, you’ll see the list of ingredients on the product info page as well as in the box.

BUILD YOUR OWN // CUSTOM

Start here. You can select the category and price point of the box you’d like to send and then fill the box with three to five items. If there are any issues with the items or configuration, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to make adjustments.

Almost. We have some specialty items that are only available in our curated, ready-to-ship boxes. We also have some inventory only available in the build your own boxes.

CORPORATE

We’d love to! Please reach out with the scope of the order - number of recipients, budget, and date you need the boxes by - and we’ll get back to you ASAP. See some corporate examples here.

We can add custom box sleeves, tags, stickers, and/or cards with your logo. Please reach out for details.
